The newly built Stern Boathouse is a private sanctuary designed for couples, friends, or small families who crave both comfort and charm. Two spacious master suites frame the central living area, each with lagoon views and the luxury of indoor–outdoor bathrooms. On the port side, you’ll find a serene ensuite with a bath and both indoor and outdoor showers; on the starboard side, a second ensuite with its own pair of showers. Both suites can be configured as doubles or twins, making Stern Boathouse wonderfully flexible.

The heart of the home is its vaulted open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen—a light-filled space that spills effortlessly onto the lawn, through fynbos, and down to the tranquil lagoon. Curl up in the snug with a book, or gather around the wood-burning fireplace on winter nights as the firelight flickers.

Surrounded by all the opportunities for active outdoors adventures you have watersports such as skiing, sailing, kayaking and swimming as options on the lagoon, 2 beautiful pools to dip in and out of, quad biking, tennis and hikes on the property as well as in Fernkloof in Hermanus mountains are all right there for you. Or maybe a thoroughly sophisticated game of bouille or croquet is more your speed or a yoga practise on the lawns facing the lagoon and breathtaking mountains is what will get your Omm on.
